We are the only certified manufacturer of ground-mounted solar systems in Lithuania. We buy metal from the largest metal producer in the European Union, Arcelor Mittal ( https://corporate.arcelormittal.com ), from its plants in Germany, England or Sweden. We bring it to Lithuania, cut it into strips and from those make "omega" profiles 1.5 mm, 2 mm and 3 mm thick to the European Union standard EN1090-1:2009+A1:2011. Every part produced is marked during manufacture in line with that standard (including CE conformity marks).

We use metal with either Magnelis® or Zinc anti-corrosion coating. The zinc coating is 350 g/m2, which is much higher than the local standard (in Lithuania 275 g/m2 is used everywhere).

From these profiles we design and build the structure to suit a specific solar panel. For each type of structure we calculate wind and snow loads according to the construction technical regulation in force in Lithuania (STR 2.05.04:2003 Actions and Loads).

Some panels are mono-facial, generating from one side. Others are bi-facial, generating from both sides. Bi-facial systems are quite specific, fairly complex and used mostly on industrial sites. For these systems we have our own special design. We have put in our engineering skills, our engineering ideas and our own know-how. We are very grateful to the Department of Strength of Materials and Theoretical Mechanics at KTU (Kaunas University of Technology) for their cooperation and help in solving complex structural tasks.
